The Four Crucial Questions To Dedicate Time To

  1. Why are you the right founders?

What is the unique advantage you possess as a founder? Do you have the ability to deliver quickly, expand your audience rapidly, or access a distinctive community or a specific pool of potential employees? In your response to this question, be sure to provide detailed information about what makes you and your co-founders competitive.

  1. Tell us about your co-founders.

To successfully answer this, we are looking for you to identify your co-founders and their kick-ass skills, as well as the kind of relationship you have with them. Share how you found each other and why you all care so much about the problem you are solving.

*Note you don’t have to have co-founders if you are a technical solo founder.

  1. What do you know about your customers and market that others don’t?

We want to learn something new here, and you should impress the team with your insight into the customer base you are serving. Teams that struggle with this question will provide generic answers that show how little time they have spent getting to know their market.

  1. What is your traction?

We want to see fast shippers, and your velocity is important. Be sure to be specific about the time it has taken to acquire this traction. Is it 6 months or 2 years?

Hint: twitter followers should not be your lead traction point.
